4/8/12 - Easter Service will begin at 10:30 AM

Our Prayer is that together we will leave the next generation with hearts focused on God  through the efforts put forth in our teachings, training, and discipleship. And always keep in the forefront our Mission statement "souls our sole concern".

"..shewing to the generation to come the praises of the Lord, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done. That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments."                                                                             Psalm 78: 4,7

A person whose heart is whole does not begrudge others their good fortune. They rejoice when good things happen to them-even the good things that they ached for in their own life and does not have. They know and rest in the fact that GOD does not play favorites, and that their time of rejoicing is on its way.
Too often people, instead of resting in the love of God and the uniqueness of their individuality, find themselves comparing and competing.
As prevalent as jealousy and envy are, there is a way to live free of them. It is possible to escape the clutches of the green-eyed monster. The vaccination is a whole heart-a heart that has received the love of GOD and embraced His grace, a heart that is at peace with His plans and satisfied with His provision. Once jealousy or envy has infested a person’s soul, the cure for it is forgiveness. For some, this seems a bitter pill to swallow, for forgiveness is rarely easy, but it is the remedy that will keep a heart from terminal misery.
Jer 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Worship on Wednesday

We have two  different cookbooks that you can purchase for $10.00 each.  They would make great gifts for wedding, birthday. All proceeds go in our Church building fund;
